A real country wedding...

A simply wonderful country setting for this local wedding - where the bride had put so much effort into making the table and marquee decorations - it looked stunning!

Well it rained for most of the day but that didn't stop the smiles and happy faces at Gemma & Stuart's wedding at The Oaklands Hotel!

Sunshine at Gissing

My fellow photographer friend, Bev, and I were lucky enough to photograph this beautiful wedding over at the stunning setting of Gissing Hall, Diss - we were blessed with a perfect day weatherwise, venue-wise and people-wise!

Park Farm wedding

Great wedding in the sunshine today over at a stunning venue - Park Farm, Hethersett - where they'd even provided us with a poppy field close by!

Karting in Kenninghall!

The village Go Kart race was held today - brilliant fun for all spectating and those involved (including my son, below!)

I'm always happy to help my fellow photographer, Bev Harrison, with her weddings (and vice versa!).  We had a great time today shooting in some fantastic locations - and although it's hard work as usual, we also had some fun together - most important!

Julie & David's pre wedding shoot

It was good to meet up with Julie & David again who's wedding in June is at the beautiful Park Farm, Hethersett. We did the photoshoot in Julie's parent's stunning garden in the warm sunshine... just perfect!

The yellow fields of Norfolk...

Another pre wedding shoot this evening, this time we headed for the wonderful yellow oilseed rape fields which are part of Norfolk's varied landscape! Many thanks to Katie and Toby for suggesting such great venues on a beautifully sunny evening!

Bagley in the bluebells

This morning I was back in Wayland Woods for Bagley the dog's photo shoot! He was such a poser!

A Rose in the woods...

I was thrilled when my fellow photographer and friend, Rose, asked me to carry out a celebration photoshoot in honour of her astonishing weight loss. She looks amazing and I'm pleased she's enjoying every second of her new found clothes shopping ability!

Street Party Fever!

I was delighted to be asked to be the "official" photographer for our village's street party to celebrate the Royal wedding today! It was a memorable afternoon - lots of happy faces and a real community spirit!

Bluebell shoot

It was a pleasure to meet up with Adam & Lil again today for their pre wedding shoot in Wayland Woods! Such a great location - and the weather is still holding good for us!

And so the good weather continues... perfect for...

Long may this summer weather continue (but it would be good to have rain between midnight & 5am too!)

English Summer

There's nothing nicer than an early summer's day in England - and finding the most perfect spot for picnics and paddling!  We discovered the lake at West Stow Country Park - and will definitely be returning many more times this year!

Fields of Gold...

The countryside around me is looking just beautiful with all the colourful fields - really looking forward to shooting some pre wedding photos next month!
